Assistant Manager - Finance

We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager Finance for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles (IFRS GAAP).
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements reports and forecasts.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members ensuring their professional development and performance.
• Collaborate and manage sales departments as well as factory laborers.
• Will be in charge of managing warehouses.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in developing financial strategies and plans to support business objectives.
