Lead Software Engineer - Java React

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5 years of applied experience
• Handson practical experience delivering system design application development testing and operational stability
• Advanced in one or more programming language(s)
  • Full Stack toolset to design develop test deploy maintain and improve software using multiple design techniques
  • Front end languages HTMLCSS JavaScript
  • JavaScript technologies React Angular etc.
  • Java 17 and aboveJ2EE Spring Spring Boot Python programming languages etc.
  • Database technologies Oracle MySQL AWS RDS MongoDB
• Experience with APIs Web services Micro services architecture
• Experience in Public Cloud such as AWS Azure etc.
• Experience in developing and using automation frameworks like Selenium
• Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery Test Driven Development Cloud Development application resiliency and security
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in common framework like Scrum
• Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills & should be able to handle complex systems independently
• Should be able to mentor and guide other team members in the team
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD Application Resiliency and Security
• Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g. cloud artificial intelligence machine learning mobile etc.)
• Indepth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
• Practical cloud native experience
