Director Of Finance

In this role you will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the assigned locations supporting productivity and supply chain targets and serving as a key liaison to accounts payable and payroll processes. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial performance of assigned ministries including monitoring and reporting variances
• Support the achievement of productivity and supply chain targets
• Participate in ministry level management meetings
• Serve as a liaison to accounts payable and payroll processes
• Assist in facilitating capital projects as prioritized and approved
• Assist with the development of ministry budgets
• Provide assistance to the senior management team and departmental leaders in achieving annual and longterm strategies
• Develop and manage dashboards to track key financial metrics
• Ensure the implementation of internal audit recommendations
• Lead special projects for the ministry and the region
• Review monthly financial statements
• Collaborate with the PSJH accounting team to accurately reflect operational and clinical services

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or another related field of study
• 8 years of experience within a leadership role
• 10 years of closely related work experience (Ex. Accounting Finance Healthcare Compensation)
• Masters Degree in Accounting CPA HFMA or FACHE accreditations are preferred
