Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Set and monitor performance goals for various departments.
• Operations Management
• Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with stakeholders including principals and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with partners in the UK and China regarding delivery matters.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
• Sales and Marketing Management
• Oversee the sales team to drive revenue and market share.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and develop strategies to attract new customers.
• Customer Service (After Sales Operations)
• Oversee the after sales operations team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
• Financial Management
• Collaborate closely with the Finance Team to review and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Optimize inventory management to balance stock levels and meet customer demand.
• Personnel Management
• Collaborate closely with the HR Team to build a highperforming team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Management Automotive Technology or a related field. Relevant fields might include finance marketing or engineering.
• Experience: At least 510 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent sales and marketing acumen.
• Proficient in financial management and budgetary control.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
