We are looking for someone to take charge of backend development and infrastructure construction and operation to enhance our core service products.
- Backend development of web applications
- Construction management and operation of system infrastructure composed of AWS etc.
What were looking for in this position
Team Composition: 40 members (30 in the Philippines / 10 in Japan) There are 10 engineers working in Japan with 7 of them being foreign nationals. There are instances where both English and Japanese are used but as there is a support system from other team members for English having no aversion to English is not a problem. We expect you to take the lead in conveying requirements correctly to the development members in the Philippines as well as in providing instructions from design to review demonstrating leadership within the team.
In addition as we expand the number of development members and the development areas in Japan we expect you to aim for technical specialist or manager positions in the future. Initially we would like you to lead the development team technically but we would also like to hear about your career aspirations.

Employment system: Full time

- Remote work (up to 6 days per month)
Annual Salary:JPY
- The amount will be determined upon consultation taking experience and other factors into consideration.
- Annual salary system (1/12 of the annual salary is paid monthly)
- Overtime allowance is not provided for managerial/supervisory positions.
