Credit Analysis Manager

We are seeking a motivated and resultsoriented leader to join our team as a Credit Analysis Manager. You will play a dual role excelling in both individual credit analysis and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
  • Lead a team of credit analysts fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
  • Set clear goals and expectations ensuring your team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) in processing volume quality score and coverage.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team workload and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Coach and mentor team members providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes ensuring quality and compliance.
• Credit Analysis:
  • Analyze credit applications using a combination of financial data and KYC checks to assess creditworthiness.
  • Make final decisions on credit approvals leveraging your expertise to manage risk effectively.
  • Utilize your experience to provide valuable insights into related areas of business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any major from a reputable university.
• 23 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or KYC Team Leader in the financial industry.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Proficient in credit analysis methodologies and financial statement analysis.
• Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures a plus.
