Family Law and Estate Planning Attorney

Duration: Full Time

Location: Mesa AZ

Salary: $145K/yr. $225K/yr.

Minimum six months family law experience preferred Plus bonus potential of 20% of annual salary. Full medical coverage paid by firm fully vested 401k with employer match and 5 weeks PTO.

For highly experienced candidates with over 5 years direct family law experience pay range would be 175225. Also open to solo practitioners that want to close out their firm and join an established firm.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondence legal pleadings motions and briefs
• Perform research draft briefs pleadings and motions
• Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
• Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks
• Supervise administrative staff paralegals and law clerks
