Job Title: Documentation Coordinator LATAM
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 4000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM CST

This role is crucial in ensuring that our documentation processes are efficient accurate and compliant with industry standards.

Role
Overview:

The Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company documentation. This includes creating reviewing and updating documents to ensure they are accurate and compliant. The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have excellent English language skills and relevant experience in documentation management.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detailoriented professional with exceptional proven track record in documentation management. They excel in creating reviewing and maintaining accurate and compliant documents ensuring all materials meet industry standards. With strong organizational and timemanagement abilities they can coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and implement improvements to enhance documentation processes. Familiarity with documentation management software and experience in a technical or compliancerelated field is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Create review update and maintain all company documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and is free of errors.
  • Coordination: Work closely with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure documentation is uptodate.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documents comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to documentation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in documentation management or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

NicetoHaves:

  • Familiarity with documentation management software and tools.
  • Experience in a technical or compliancerelated field.
  • An IT or technical background would be a big benefit.
  • Ability to properly interview team members.
  • Selfmotivating and well organized.
