Speech Therapist

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a permanent fulltime Speech Therapist position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Metropolis IL 62960

Start Date: 6/25/2024

Shift: Days 30 hours per week

Salary: $60871.00 to $91291.00

Provides outpatient/inpatient assessment for adults geriatric infants and children as ordered by treating physicians who have various levels of speech communication or swallowing difficulties or disorders. Develop an individual treatment plan (to include family or other caregivers) to enable the client to improve to maximum potential.

Essential Duties Tasks and Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Monitor and evaluate client progress and provide individual or group therapy sessions as required.
• Chart case notes and provide reports as needed.
• Manage caseload taking into account priority cases waiting lists successful outcomes referrals and discharge of clients.
• Typically work one on one with clients (with parents family or other caregivers as required) or may work in a multidisciplinary team approach depending on client needs.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have Inpatient Speech swallow evaluation and treatment experience.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must be licensed in Illinois as a Speech and Language Pathologist
