SAP MM Business Analyst: Functional Candidate needed

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our materials management processes and ensuring the effective use of the SAP MM module within our organization. This role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams gathering business requirements configuring the SAP MM module and providing ongoing support and training to endusers.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements related to materials management.

Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and analyze user needs and translate them into functional specifications.

Configure and customize the SAP MM module to meet business requirements including material master data purchasing inventory management invoice verification and physical inventory.

Work with technical teams to design and implement enhancements interfaces and reports in the SAP MM module.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the materials management domain.

Develop and implement best practices for materials management processes and ensure alignment with industry standards.

Participate in SAP MM implementation and upgrade projects including planning executing and monitoring project activities.

Ensure project deliverables are completed on time within scope and within budget.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP MM Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Proven experience with SAP MM configuration and implementation including full lifecycle implementation projects.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of SAP MM module functionalities and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. SAP SD SAP PP SAP FI/CO).

Proficiency in SAP MM configuration including material master data purchasing inventory management invoice verification and physical inventory.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
