Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Request the creation of a Production Order modification notice for a repair part
• Support production in carrying out repair work
• Create the repair Order without exemption (i.e. replacement of a part)
• Understanding sequencing and the industrial process
• Support installations
• Create repair Orders linked to exemptions
• Communicate change requests to Methods agents supporting assembly line. Regular production.
• Modify production orders as needed (add missing parts etc.)
• Make the necessary corrections to the technical sheets if possible or report the information to the Methods agents supporting assembly line. Regular production.
• Ensure followup of the work carried out at the end of an assembly in order to quickly have control over the files to be divided for Outstanding Work.

Skills sought

• You have a college or university diploma in mechanical electrical engineering in aeronautical manufacturing or any other relevant diplomas
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in methods.
• Experience in the aeronautical sector and in support of medium series production
• Knowledge of assembly processes (key characteristics of assembly tooling simple or complex capacity analysis tool etc.)
• Know how to read and interpret technical drawings
• Know how to use and interpret aeronautical standards
• Know how to create a manufacturing Production Order mod notice and/or interpret it
• Master the principles of tolerancing and chain of dimensions
• Knowledge of Detail parts fabrication would be a plus
• Knowledge of SAP Microsoft Office Catia V5
