Position Manager / Sr.Manager
Location Thane
Candidates from Real Estate Industry will be prefered
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager / Senior Manager in Construction Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance within the real estate industry focusing on fund raising cash flow management equity funding and financial analysis. This role will report directly to the Head of Finance and will be instrumental in driving our financial strategies and supporting the organizations growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fund Raising & Equity Funding:
- Develop and implement strategies for raising equity and debt capital.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors banks and financial institutions.
- Prepare and present detailed financial models and business plans to potential investors.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Oversee and manage the companys cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Monitor and forecast cash requirements to ensure adequate funding for projects.
- Financial Analysis & Budgeting:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
- Develop manage and monitor annual budgets including capital expenditure budgets.
- Provide detailed financial reports and analysis on the companys financial status and projections.
- Coordination with Banks & Financial Institutions:
- Serve as the primary liaison with banks and other financial institutions to secure future financing.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of financing agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all financial covenants and reporting requirements.
- Strategic Financial Planning:
- Assist in the development of strategic financial plans and investment strategies.
- Identify potential areas for investment and provide recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Work closely with the Head of Finance to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
