Job Title: HR Manager
Base Location: Greater Noida
Reporting Manager: Group HR Head

major cities. Youngman has exciting plans to increase the product range comprising of Ladders Scaffolds Lifting
machines site management and power and breaking tool. Youngman has customers and prospects ranging from top
brass in construction contractors to specialty contractors mega steel plants chemical plants oil & gas sites FMCG and
Automotive Industries.
Role Summary:
Youngman India is seeking the HR Manager for overseeing the daytoday operations of the human resources
department. This includes managing HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws handling
employee relations and improving HR systems. The HR Manager works closely with other departments to support
organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies.
Support organizational change initiatives.
Contribute to the development of HR budgets and forecasts and planning the operations aligning within the
budgets
Compliance Reporting and Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
Prepare and timely submit required regulatory reports.
Conduct internal audits of HR processes and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Manage employee benefit programs and vendor relationships.
Performance Management:
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Ensure alignment between performance management and organizational goals.
HR Systems and Data Management:
Conceptualization of endtoend HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ensure data accuracy.
Generate HR reports and detailed analytics to support decisionmaking.
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and resolve HRrelated issues.
Establish strong employee relations to ensure a harmonious workplace.
Conduct investigations and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
Increase retention and eliminate dissatisfaction
Drive continuous increase in organizations pulse
HR Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the HR department.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
