Collaborate with delivery managers and the Digital Engineering Manager to optimize resource allocation and delivery methods.
Ensure ITSM practices are followed and measured.
Liaise with team leaders to meet product/service needs and solve issues.
Identify costsaving opportunities without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
Assess customer feedback and propose improvements.
Ensure highquality delivery of products/services.
Provide project and product lifecycle information to regional and global teams.
Leverage a team of Cloud Engineers SREs Developers and BRMs for timely highquality deliverables.
Ensure compliance with software license terms and conditions.
Foster a collaborative agile and highstandard work culture.
SCRUM Master/Product Owner certification; PMI Certification desirable.
Experience in managing offshore outsourcing global rollouts complex projects and agile projects in a DevOps context.
Strong financial and budget management skills.
Proficiency in agile and waterfall delivery methods ITIL ITSM and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
Excellent communication leadership and teambuilding skills.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
