Contract Manager

1. 12 to 18 years of experience required.
2. Experience in water projects is necessary.
3. Must have experience in drafting and bidding for JV (Joint Venture) contracts.
4. Overseas contract agreement and drafting experience is mandatory not just domestic.
5. Qualification required is B.E in Civil.
6. Will be required to review bids and prepare bid risk report.
7. Must prepare prebid queries.
8. Duties include drafting and reviewing NDA Agreement to Bid JV/Consortium Agreement Term Sheet Contract Agreement etc.
9. Regular attendance of management meetings along with the sales team is necessary.
10. Will assist in negotiations with client JV/ Consortium partners etc.
11. Coordination with Contracts Team Finance Team Corporate Team to mitigate risks.
12. Will support Sales Team until the contract is handed over to the Project Team.
13. Ensuring completeness of Contract Document before signing.
14. Coordination with Treasury and Tax department for arranging BID Security Bank Guarantees and Insurances.
15. Role includes mitigating risks and maximizing the Profit Margin of the Company.
