Job Description:
Duties:
- Progress the formulation engineering technical support in both existing and novel manufacturing technologies to maximize quality capacity and efficiency outcomes during scaleup and after launch of new formulated products to commercial manufacture.
- Assist the formulation engineers to evaluate new equipment and develop new formulation processing.
- Contributes with the formulation engineer to stage the pilot plant trials and development.
Skills:
- Technical skills referenced to TCDS.
- Requires developed proficiency through detailed/intense jobrelated training and/or considerable onthejob experience.
- Should be well organized and have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to assist multiple project tasks.
- Ability to learn and apply technical knowledge to progress activities.
- Material handling experience
- Basic processing skills : Weighing calculating and process documentation
- Forklift experience
- PPE experience
- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
- PROCESS DOCUMENTATION
- PROGRESS
- MATERIAL HANDLING
- RISK ASSESSMENT
Education:
- Proven experience in technical position in formulation processing development or formulation manufacturing.
- Continuous improvement understanding process risk assessment and HSE excellence mindset.
- Experience working in crossfunctional organizations transiting in a dynamic and uncertain environment ensuring effective and focused project delivery (on time and in budget).
- Proven ability to work with multiple requests from different stakeholders.
- Understand of the endtoend processes for product development complex formulation processing scaleup and lifecycle management.
- To clarify the duties of the position the technician will provide support to our Formulation & Engineer Group within our Pilot Plant.
- Pulling materials from our warehouse and transporting them via forklift to the processing area
- Assembling equipment for the assigned formulation
- Weighing materials and recording dat
- Cleaning equipment
- Housekeeping
