Job Title: Sr. Level Dynamics 365 Business Analyst w/F&O Experience

The Senior Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs designing solutions and ensuring successful implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis a deep understanding of financial and operational processes and proficiency with Dynamics 365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements.
  • Document business processes identify areas for improvement and propose efficient solutions.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design specifications.
• Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities and configuration options.
  • Lead configuration customization and integration efforts to meet business requirements.
• Project Management:
  • Manage and lead projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
  • Develop project plans timelines and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress manage risks and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop test plans and scripts coordinate and perform testing activities.
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise.
• Training and Support:
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for endusers.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O users.
  • Act as a liaison between endusers and technical teams.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on Dynamics 365 F&O updates and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and system functionalities.
  • Provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
