REQUIRED SKILLS

Candidates MUST have 5 years experience with Blue Yonder SCPO solutions Candidates without this experience specifically listed on their resume will be autorejected.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5 years demonstrated experience in Product Ownership / Product Management Business Consulting IT Business Analysis or another related field
5 years demonstrated experience with the BlueYonder SCPO supply chain planning solutions with an emphasis on demand planning and / or fulfillment modules as a functional consultant solution architect or a technical lead 7 years is preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Agile or SAFe certification(s) highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to influence change within large complex organizations
Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g. Atlassian) and flowchart tools (e.g. Visio Lucid Chart) strongly preferred
Experience working with databases (e.g. Oracle) and working with large datasets and prior experience / understanding of coding techniques utilized with SCPO
Detailed understanding of demand planning processes in a retail or food industry and an overall understanding of supply chain planning processes
Understanding of latest best practices such as apply AI/ML to improve planning process efficiency and accuracy
