Tasks

• Reviewing client files prepared by the Front Office to assess compliance and client integrity risks covering areas such as KYC AML/CFT sanctions and client tax integrity
• Acting as the main point of contact for Relationship Managers and other internal stakeholders or team members regarding compliance matters
• Developing and implementing compliance controls within specified timelines including proper documentation and escalation of findings to senior management and other internal stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining internal policies procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with grouplevel requirements

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Min. 5 years of PQE in compliance
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
