Are you an experienced recruiter looking for your next challenge Were excited to announce an opening for a NonIT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon!
Position: NonIT Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 1 year in NonIT hiring (B2B Sales / Marketing)
Location: Gurgaon India (Work from Office)
Budget Upto 5lpa
What were looking for:
Proven experience in NonIT recruitment in multiple industries
Strong understanding of various nontechnical roles and skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
A team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
Source screen and interview candidates for various NonIT positions
Manage the endtoend recruitment process
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience
