Overview

As an HR Intern you will play a vital role in supporting HR processes and initiatives within the organization. You will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in various HR functions such as recruitment onboarding employee relations and HR policy management. This role is crucial in contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.

Key responsibilities


  • Your Primary work will be to took Interview of candidates. And selection mail if they got selected.
  • Your work timing will be 1pm6Pm. (45 Hours Only)
  • Salary will be 8000/ Per month.

  • ssist in the recruitment process by posting job openings reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires including paperwork orientation and training coordination.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records such as employee information benefits and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations activities including assisting with conflict resolution and grievance procedures.
  • Assist in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives and diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Coordinate and participate in HR events meetings and training sessions.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling data entry and maintaining HR databases.
  • Assist in conducting research and analysis for HRrelated projects and initiatives.
  • Support the HR team in daytoday tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HRrelated matters.
  • Assist in creating and updating HR documentation and materials.
  • Participate in learning opportunities to expand knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Provide support in other HR functions as assigned by supervisors.

Required qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HRrelated software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in HR through coursework internships or extracurricular activities.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations is desirable.
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work parttime or fulltime as required by the internship program.
