What Skills Will You Have?

You will have a passion for teaching and coaching and hold an assessing qualification with at least management experience. Ideally, you will have a flair for creative thinking and strong interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, excellent organisational abilities, and effective communication are essential. Whether you possess a degree in Training, Management, Learning and Development, Coaching, HR, or equivalent experience, your passion for guiding others in their professional journey is paramount. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the UK are advantageous.
