They are dedicated to providing topnotch client relations and customer support. Currently looking for a detailoriented and dedicated Data Researcher to join their team. They specialize in data collection and verification which is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the clients databases and overall business operations. By leveraging their expertise they help their clients streamline their processes reduce errors and enhance their operational efficiency.

Position Overview:

The Data Researcher will be responsible for collecting and verifying data from public institutions. The role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our database contributing to our commitment to excellence in client relations and support.

The ideal candidate for the Data Researcher is a detailoriented professional with excellent English language skills and a background in data research or customer support. They are proficient in conducting online searches and verifying data through phone and email communication. Organized and accurate they can manage multiple tasks efficiently and align well with Sagan Passports values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Verification:

• Calling (75%): Contact a lead list of public institutions to verify common information such as phone numbers emails and other metadata.
• Online Research (25%): Perform Google searches to collect and verify the same information.
• Data Management: Ensure that all collected data is accurately entered into our database and regularly updated.
• Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of the data collected to maintain the integrity of our database.

Requirements:

• English Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Research Skills: Ability to perform common Google searches efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data collection and verification.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience: Previous experience in data research or customer support is preferred but not required.
