We are Trucksters () a rising star(tup) in the brandnew digital techlogistics field.

What do we do We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing longhauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other we are improving the standard of trucking.

Who are we We are a team of young professionals who come from different backgrounds (strategy consulting sales tech transport) and who have a clear mission: we want to create collaboration in the trucking industry to achieve a future where people live better and resources are used more efficiently.

Where are we We are based in Madrid although we have a global scope. We have operations in Spain Germany The Netherlands Belgium Poland the UK and France.

Our Vision: move the worlds road freight in relays to accelerate the electrification agenda and improve drivers life.

Main tasks:

• Identify and incorporate new valueadded services that will be beneficial to our partners.
• Work closely with partners to understand their needs and preferences.
• Monitor the performance of our valueadded services and make adjustments as needed.
• Work with the Partner Acquisition and Partner Success teams to offer these services to partners.
• Launch and operate or pilot new services beneficial to partner and understand the impact and endresults.
• Provide regular reports to management on the performance of our valueadded services.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively not letting yourself down by pushbacks or hurdles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in Spanish andEnglish.

Life at Trucksters

A full timepaid internship of 6 months for 800 gross/month and possibility to continue working at Trucksters afterwards.
