About the Role

Based in BYDs Sydney office this role will report to the Director of the Aftersales team in Australia and work closely with the Aftersales Team in the APAC region.

Your daytoday responsibilities:

• Adjudicate warranty claims and prework authorization.
• Monitor and Report vehicle failure trends and dealer service operation issues through Business intelligence tools flag areas of improvement and provide feedback.
• Manage onclaims to suppliers & and followups to achieve desired outcomes for both the business & and customers.
• Support Aftersales team on Recall & Service Campaign management.
• Lead the continuous development of Warranty policy and guidelines.
• Assist with the development of the Dealer Management System & and claim system.
• Support Aftersales Operations Manager in adhoc complex warranty topics and projects involving internal and external stakeholders.

About you:

• Strong experience within insurance claims warranties or aftersales environments would be preferred.
• Sound understanding of vehicle components and repair procedures.
• Strong analytical organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite systems and BI tools are preferred.
• Full work rights in Australia.
