We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Private Banking team working together to provide a world class service to our most valuable clients.

The role of a Head of Desk is focused on managing the team to focus on the development of highnetworth clients. In this role you will :

• Lead and manage a desk dedicated to one or several countries or a specific activity.
• Source develop and proactively manage a profitable and reputable portfolio of highnetworth clients.
• Assist your team to source develop and proactively manage a profitable and reputable portfolio of highnetworth clients.
• Be an active MENA EXCO member HBME Bahrain EXCO member RMM member.
• Achieve financial targets for development of existing and new relationships across booking centers.
• Develop knowledge and knowhow of relevant products and services available from Group sources and elsewhere to provide the best solutions for clients and maximise revenues for PBRS GPB and the Group.
• Assist MENA Head to manage key personnel issues associated with the business sector recruitment appraisal motivation career development conflict management.
• Introduce and maintain HSBC audit control and compliance standards including the timely implementation of outstanding audit points.
• Ensure the Banks position is protected in terms of Credit Compliance and Legal issues and that the Group and Regulatory Guidelines are adhered to strictly and in spirit such that the reputation and goodwill of the Group is protected. Retain ultimate responsibility for adherence to the Group and Regulatory guidelines.

Expertise in managing UHNWIs with complex financial needs ensuring tailored and effective service.
Experience in international private banking bringing a global perspective to client management.
