Senior Business Analyst

PARTTIME / 4 HOURS PER DAY


We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to manage the delivery of business value within an endtoend technology lifecycle. If you have a passion for partnership with yourbusiness and IT stakeholders to deliver the optimal program/project results wed like to meet with you.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field
• Skills in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Background in leading and developing topperforming teams
• Understanding of requirements their different types stages (elicitation analysis documentation validation and management) and full software development lifecycle
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Scrum knowledge

Nice to have

• Experience with Gherkin or desire to work with it

Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation and management
• Be a proxy between product owners the development team and project leaders helping to improve development team effectiveness
• Evaluating business processes anticipating requirements uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Staying uptodate on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to crossfunctional team members and management
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
