Compensation: $120000 $130000 per year

RVP is seeking highly organized and experienced Operations Managers to oversee the daily operations of projects in the disaster restoration industry. The Operations Manager is critical for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

• Manage and oversee all operational aspects of disaster restoration projects.

• Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure all projects meet client specifications quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Team Management:

• Lead mentor and develop a team of project managers technicians and support staff.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Resource Management:

• Allocate and manage resources including personnel equipment and materials to ensure optimal project execution.

• Monitor and control project budgets expenses and financial performance.

• Implement costsaving measures without compromising quality or safety.

Client Relations:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

• Provide regular updates to clients on project status and progress.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.

• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to minimize risks.

Qualifications:

• Must have good to excellent English speaking and writing proficiency and be able to communicate at all levels.

• Possess the equivalent of a fouryear bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field; master’s degree preferred..

• At least 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in the disaster restoration industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrate expertise and specialized knowledge or skills in Project Management in the field of Disaster Restoration

• Seek to travel to the United States for the purpose of the interchanging of knowledge and skills among foreign and American specialists by observing consulting or demonstrating your special knowledge or skills
