Job Description: Chief of Staff at Ducati Motor Holding

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support and advice to the CEO and senior leadership team.
• Manage and coordinate crossfunctional initiatives and projects to drive company growth and success.
• Act as a key liaison between different departments ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Lead and support internal and external communications efforts including presentations and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide oversight and guidance on special projects and company events.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
