Night Shift Supervisor

Our customer is a leading organization focused on plastic ITAD and equipment recycling. They are on a mission to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their recycling operation and need a dynamic Operations Supervisor to lead their 3rd shift team.

As Operations Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring daily throughput is met with precision and consistency. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising technicians
• Managing inventory and control
• Overseeing equipment operations
• Ensuring accurate documentation
• Adhering to standards of work and safety requirements

We are seeking an experienced leader with:

• 35 years of supervisory experience
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more employees
• Preferably a background in a manufacturing environment
