Area Sales Manager Benelux Lissmac

The sales activities of innovative machines and systems. That is your responsibility as the area sales manager Benelux at Lissmac. For industrial sectors within the Netherlands Belgium and Luxembourg. Ready to receive a significant responsibility along with the corresponding freedom and trust In this role you will have ample opportunities for personal input.


This is what the position looks like:

As an area sales manager at Lissmac you are responsible for active sales technical consulting and new customer acquisition. Further responsibilities The service partners in the Netherlands Belgium and Luxembourg such as: SiboTech (Ulft)/REW Eerbeek (toolsupplier)/mebema (sales representative) supporting several projects. And the effective implementation of the potential of the existing and valuable customer base in direct sales. You ensure the maintenance and expansion of the existing sales network. Also you represent the company at national and international trade fairs. Besides that you can present the entire product range and continuously monitor the market and competition.

Furthermore you are responsible for developing sales strategies in the sales area. Of course in coordination with the sales management. You tackle these tasks together with a closeknit team of seven area sales professionals. The work environment An excellent atmosphere where collaboration and support are central.


Why this will be your new job

  • Because Lissmac operates in a very comprehensive market and has a large customer database in the Benelux region.
  • It is an interesting position in an innovative and continuously growing company.
  • You will immediately be employed by Lissmac and start with a oneyear contract. After which upon proven suitability a permanent position will be offered.
  • The position is between 36 and (preferably) 40 hours per week.
  • Lissmac is working on an application center in the Netherlands which they expect to open in the second half of this year (Arnhem region). The position is based in the Netherlands with occasional trips (three times a year) for sales meetings in Germany. You can work remotely from home but will sometimes visit the application center with clients. Additionally you will occasionally attend trade fairs.
  • Every month you will receive a gross salary between €5000 and €6000 (based on a 40hour workweek).
  • Additionally there is a commission bonus of 0.75% and an annual bonus of around €8000 gross per year. The total annual salary ranges between €85000 and €100000 (based on a 40hour workweek depending on your level experience and sales performance).
  • With a fulltime employment contract you will enjoy 30 vacation days per year.
  • A company car phone and laptop will be provided.
  • And last but not least: a pleasant working atmosphere in a strong team.


What to bring
  • Successful completion of a technical or commercial education mbo/hbo level. And at least three to five years of sales experience – ideally in selling complex products.
  • Fluent in German and/or English and Dutch.
  • Affinity with products/capital goods.
  • You are goaloriented independent dedicated and approach with a high level of customer focus. Furthermore you possess an outgoing personality and can communicate effectively at various levels.
  • You work organized and can plan your own work and appointments along with the capacity to adapt. And you have the willingness to travel.
