Senior Water Resource Engineer Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage water resource engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee design planning and implementation of water and wastewater systems watershed management and transportation systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members.
• Develop project plans schedules and budgets and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate regularly with clients stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes regulations and standards.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in water resources engineering.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater systems design and implementation.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor project team members.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Desired Experience:

• Experience working on largescale water resource projects.
• Previous experience in program and construction management.
• Knowledge of watershed management and floodplain mitigation.
• Familiarity with TxDOT and DBE certification processes.
• Experience in developing comprehensive project plans and reports.
