Debt Collector with Czech and any European Language

Tasks

• Communicating with third parties to coordinate the collection process
• Collecting documentation for legal cases when initial collections failed and pursue with legal matters
• Preparing and submitting claims monitoring insolvency procedures
• Troubleshooting delivery according to the loss prevention scheme
• Assist with tax deductibles and VAT recovery per local regulations
• Investigate and allocate unapplied credits on DRC accounts

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak or Czech language plus another European language (e.g. German French Portuguese Dutch)
• Experience in B2B collection as well as some legal knowledge
• Knowledgable in dispute management negotiation and account reconciliation
• MS Office skills (ideally sophisticated in Excel e.g. Pivot Table macros and formulas) and experience in SAP is a big plus!
• Most importantly we are looking for someone with a high sense of ownership responsibility selfmotivation
