Job Duties Involved from case inception through conclusion. Prelitigation demands motion practice discovery and depositions mediations and court appearances. Prepare complex pleadings Prepare correspondence to clients experts and opposing attorneys Draft complex motions and briefs

Qualifications: 2 years litigation experience including Federal court experience. In depth knowledge and understanding of Federal procedure and filings and motion practice. Ability to both take and defend depositions Strong legal writing and research skills Attention to detail is paramount

Compensation: 125K250K depending on exeperienceplus a very generous bonus structure
