Job description:

  • Responsible for operations of the products specifically tied to incident and problem management as well as continuous improvements.
  • Work closely and coordinate with multiple product teams within different brands downstream systems as well as with SaaS providers to ensure and improve daily operations.
  • Responsible to secure that the product operations meet our business needs and customers expectations and if not ensure that corrective actions are taken.
  • Collaborate with downstream systems and SaaS providers to drive incidents and problems to closure.
  • Identify the cause of the incident in the overall functional flow and coordinate with the relevant product team to fix the same.
  • Technical analysis troubleshooting of complex issues/Incidents in production.
  • Support to identify new operational improvements based on existing problems by assessing feasibility and requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of existing business within theValue Stream using data insights around Operational KPIs to build material that will make business decisions / initiatives.
  • Ensuring the SaaS providers are adhering to follow the Incident & Problem SLAs & KPIs basis vendor contracts.
  • Ability to govern the Service Level Metrics.
  • Participate in 24x7 on call support (P1/P2) as well as 24/7 shiftbased support as and when needed based on business needs.
  • SelfStarter and can work independently with minimal supervision.
