Position Title: LVN/LPNMed Surg/Rehab
Job Location: Waterloo IA
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shifts: Days: 7a7p 36 hrs. /week
No. of positions: 1

Must Have: Active BLS (AHA) and Nursing License

Responsibilities:
Perform basic patient care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and assisting with mobility.
Conduct routine patient assessments observing and documenting patients physical and emotional condition.
Provide instructions on how to manage symptoms and prevent complications after discharge.
Work closely with RNs physicians and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
