RPA Automation Engineer

Duties: As an Automation Eng. you will play a pivotal role in designing implementing and optimizing automation solutions within our financial services processes. Your expertise in automation technologies and continuous improvement methodologies will contribute to streamlining operations and ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop an automation strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Assess existing processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Design develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize financial services processes.

Utilize automation tools to enhance efficiency in data processing reporting and transactional workflows.

Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure reliability accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work closely with stakeholders to validate and document automation outcomes.

Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance of automation processes.

Provide ongoing maintenance and support to address any issues or enhancements.

Create comprehensive documentation for automation solutions including design specifications test plans and user guides.

Transfer knowledge to internal teams to ensure seamless integration and understanding.

Collaborate with IT operations and business teams to align automation initiatives with organizational objectives.

Engage with external vendors for tool evaluation and integration.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in automation processes.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in automation.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Eng.ing or a related field.

Proven experience as an Automation Eng. preferably within the financial services industry.

Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or similar platforms.

Strong programming skills (e.g. Python Java) and experience with scripting languages.

Knowledge of financial processes regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
