Overview:

The School Administration Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of an international school. They are responsible for ensuring efficient daytoday operations fostering a conducive learning environment and supporting the overall growth and development of the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage school staff and oversee daily operations
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Facilitate communication between various school stakeholders
  • Supervise student admissions and enrollment processes
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management
  • Coordinate school events and activities
  • Handle student discipline and welfare matters
  • Collaborate with academic staff to support teaching and learning
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards
  • Manage school facilities and resources
  • Conduct staff training and professional development
  • Handle parental and community relations
  • Implement health and safety protocols
  • Contribute to strategic planning and school improvement initiatives
  • Handle HR and personnel management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Education Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in school administration or educational management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of educational policies and regulations
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in administrative software and tools
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial resources
  • Understanding of HR processes and staff management
  • Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
  • Experience in international education is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Capability to adapt to changing educational trends and technologies
  • Certification in school administration or educational leadership
