About the Role

As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for our client’s two esteemed casino properties in Mesquite Nevada you will play a pivotal role in shaping their financial strategy and driving informed decisionmaking. Responsible for overseeing the financial performance of both properties you will lead budgeting forecasting and financial analysis efforts to optimize operational efficiencies and maximize profitability. Your insights and strategic guidance will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities managing costs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. By leveraging your expertise in FP&A within the dynamic gaming industry you will contribute to the continued success and expansion enhancing their position as leaders in entertainment and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial planning processes for both casino properties including annual budgeting quarterly forecasting and longrange strategic planning.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management and stakeholders highlighting key trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with department heads and operational teams to evaluate and optimize revenue streams cost structures and operational efficiencies.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential impacts of strategic initiatives market changes and economic factors on financial performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in financial processes and systems driving enhancements to support datadriven decisionmaking and operational excellence.
