Job Description: Reliability Engineer II
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain reliability engineering programs for the ethanol manufacturing process.
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
- Develop strategies to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance standards are met.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience with reliabilitycentered maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of process safety management and regulatory compliance requirements.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in the ethanol or chemical manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and condition monitoring systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
