Accounting Manager
Los Angeles CA $115000 $135000/year FullTime Onsite Manufacturing
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting new opportunity with a large manufacturing company looking to hire a fulltime Accounting Manager. This position reports to the Controller and will additionally be responsible for managing staff and performing handson accounting duties.
This position is entirely onsite – local applicants only.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting new opportunity with a large manufacturing company looking to hire a fulltime Accounting Manager. This position reports to the Controller and will additionally be responsible for managing staff and performing handson accounting duties.
This position is entirely onsite – local applicants only.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assist with the oversight of the accounting department and provide handson support for accounting responsibilities
- Manage inventory – prepare and review monthly inventory activities and prepare inventory reports as needed
- Oversee the preparation of the annual budget product costing and forecasts
- Assist with the recording and reporting of all accounting transactions and records
- Assist with monthend close processes – reconcile accounts to the general ledger
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 3 years managing an accounting department required
- Experience using MS Dynamics software highly preferred
- Active CPA/MBA highly preferred
- Prior experience working in the Manufacturing industry required
- Ability to work in fastpaced environment and strong organizational skills
- Experience using Excel (entry to midlevel)
