Product Portfolio Analyst

Associate Allied Chemicals has been delivering ingredient solutions for the fragrance flavor food and personal care industries for over 45 years. As we expand our presence we looking for a motivated Product Portfolio Analyst to become a part of our team.

As Product Portfolio Analyst you will play a key role in analysing our ingredient portfolio vendor management researching competitive marketplace and the monitor inventories margin management and using internal data and systems.

Youll be responsible for delivering highquality reports presentations and dashboards in Power BI and other business intelligence tools; strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.

This Position will be a mix of Procurement Data Analysis so we prefer someone with interest in Procurement and Supply Chain.

Tasks

• Monitor product portfolio and inventory with key attention to inventory margins pricing trends.
• Core skill requirement is vendor management with ability to communicate efficiently and develop relationships with vendors.
• Competition benchmarking and market intelligence.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide realtime insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Preparing business presentations about products research reports for management and help in strategic planning
• Analyse data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for portfolio improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business administration / Computer Science / Supply Chain
• Proven experience in Power BI Excel SQL and understanding in dashboard creation tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and data visualization techniques.
• Advance excel Power Point and MS package suite experience is required
• Communication and organizational skills are critical for relationship building
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present facts/details in a concise manner to technical & nontechnical stakeholders.
