Business Analyst Banking Domain Techno Functional

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science information systems business administration or related field
• Minimum 810 years of experience as a technofunctional business analyst in the banking sector preferably with exposure to the Posidex UCIC and Golden Record system or similar solutions

• Conduct business analysis and elicit requirements from the business users and stakeholders using various techniques such as interviews workshops surveys etc.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and design system solutions using UML diagrams use cases data models etc.
• Work closely with the Posidex team to understand the features and functionalities of the Posidex UCIC system and how it integrates with the existing banking systems and processes
• Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the development testing and deployment of the system solutions are in line with the business expectations and quality standards
• Validate and Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing by preparing test cases test data and test scripts
• Provide training and support to the end users and resolve any issues or queries related to the system Monitor and report on the system performance issues and enhancements
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the banking and Posidex domains and provide recommendations for improvement
• Define and document the project scope objectives deliverables and milestones
• Develop and maintain the project plan schedule budget and resource allocation
• Manage the project risks issues and changes and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
• Track and monitor the project progress quality and deliverables and ensure that the project meets the agreed standards and specifications
• Communicate the project status issues and risks to the senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis
