Network and Systems Administrator

• Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems including servers workstations and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts permissions and access rights.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues providing timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure all software is licensed and uptodate.
• Responsibility for the on and offboarding of our employees (creating accounts assigning licenses setting up the hardware as well as taking care of its handout and return documentation)
• Administer and Maintaining the IT inventory and document the asset details
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.

• Installing and configuring Optical fiber and wireless networks on the office premise.
• Set up and maintain firewalls VPNs and other network security measures.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.

• Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

• Provide support and maintenance for macOS Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Ensure compatibility and smooth operation across different OS environments.

• Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees.
• Resolve ITrelated issues promptly and efficiently.

• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure regular backups are performed and can be restored when necessary.

• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems and processes.
• Provide training to staff on IT policies and best practices.

• Minimum of 23 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

• Proficiency in managing macOS Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with firewall setup intrusion detection network security and VPN configuration.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Cisco Microsoft) are a plus.
