The Client is a leading Cement manufacturer of Northeast. Their plant is located at Nongsning village of Meghalaya.
Overview:
As an HR Recruiter you will play a crucial role in finding attracting and hiring top talent to contribute to the success and growth of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating the interview and selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings sourcing interviewing and extending offers
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge skills experience and aptitudes
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Negotiate salary and benefits to close offers and ensure competitive and costeffective packages
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Keep detailed records of interviews and hiring processes to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization and attract talent
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment processes
- Provide regular updates to the management team on the status of open positions and recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Demonstrated experience in fullcycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and prioritize competing demands
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus
- Proactive and resultsdriven approach to recruitment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding is desirable
- Excellent time management and decisionmaking skills
