• Install maintain and troubleshoot solar PV systems and general electrical installations.
• Lead a team of 34 technicians ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Uphold strict industry standards and safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide technical support.
• Produce and maintain accurate documentation of all activities.
• Travel to various project sites with occasional overnight stays.

Requirements:

• Certification as an Electrician with experience in solar and general electrical installations.
• Strong diagnostic skills and technical expertise in solar PV systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
