DEPUTY MANAGER

Deputy Manager Ashley Grange Nursing Home

We are looking for an experienced and organized Deputy Manager to join our team at Ashley Grange Nursing Home. The Deputy Manager will provide leadership and support to our staff in order to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Providing daytoday management and oversight of the nursing home operations
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regulations policies procedures and codes of practice
• Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained
• Developing strategies to improve operational performance and efficiency
• Monitoring budgets and controlling costs where appropriate
• Leading by example with a positive attitude towards residents visitors staff members families vendors/contractors etc.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field

Minimum of 5 years experience working in a nursing home setting

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
