Shift: 9A 5P 5 x8

Certifications/License: AHA BLS RD License

Skills: 2 years of experience is required

Education: Bachelors Degree

Duration: 13 weeks initial duration with strong extension potential

Duties:

• Conducts nutrition consultations.
• Keeps detailed patient records.
• Helps patients set and reach their health goals.
• Advises patients on healthy nutrition practices.
• Develops customized meal plans and grocery lists.
• Meets with patients regularly to track their progress.
• Uses common practice management software.
• Handles scheduling and billing when needed.
• Uploads electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborates with a patients doctors and nurses.
• Stays up to date on nutrition research.
• Follows the organizations policies and procedures.

Adheres to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics guidelines.
