Tax Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax team and oversee all taxrelated activities. The Tax Manager will ensure compliance with tax laws manage tax filings and develop effective tax strategies for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review the preparation of federal state and local tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the companys tax position.
• Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex tax issues.
• Oversee tax audits and coordinate with tax authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and timely filing of tax documents.
• Manage and mentor junior tax staff.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management.
• Indepth knowledge of federal state and local tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
