Senior Product Design Lead

What you will be doing

As a Senior Product Design Lead at Anyfin you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and user experience for people who want or need to tackle their debt. Today taking on debt is easy sometimes easier than using your own money when paying online. But understanding your debts and owing money can just as easily turn into something difficult. We believe its crucial to create a safe and reliable environment for people to deal with their debt.

You will lead the effort to simplify and break down complex financial topics helping people reach their debtfree life quicker. When we say lead we mean by example meaning that you will be doing hands on design yourself while building a team around you capable of taking on this task long term. Were constantly working on creating intuitive usercentric solutions that help us move towards our vision making financial wellbeing happen.

In this role you will guide and inspire a talented team of designers working closely in a crossfunctional setting. This means a lot of collaboration between your team and the Product Marketing PR and Customer Service teams. Your highly developed visual skills and experience in app design will be pivotal in delivering beautiful and intuitive solutions for our users.

Extensive experience as a Product Design Lead or Senior Product Designer in a fastpaced tech environment preferably within the fintech industry. Number of years of experience is less important to us; the mentality you bring to the table will however make ALL the difference.

A stunning portfolio showcasing a variety of successful app design projects demonstrating your exceptional visual skills and usercentered design approach.

The ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively and with passion.

Indepth knowledge of UX/UI best practices and the ability to stay updated on industry trends.

A commitment to creating flawless experiences.
